The AV-600 is equipped with a Bruker Avance III console and a 5 mm 1H/BB Prodigy CryoProbe. Variable temperature operation is available over the range of 25 °C to 115 °C. The instrument is also equipped with a SampleCase autosampler with 24 sample capacity. It is the CoC-NMR instrument wtih highest sensitivity for NMR of X-nuclei, including 13C. The spectrometer was partially funded by the NIH grant S10OD024998.
